By using fatlosspill.com, the FLP Fitness app or your FatLossPill membership, or by signing up for our emails, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What FatLossPill is
FatLossPill is an entertainment and fitness-education brand. Our characters, villains and stories are fictional. Our training content is general information, not personalized advice. Read our Medical Disclaimer before starting any program.
The name
"FatLossPill" is a brand name. It is not a product claim, and nothing on this site promises fat loss, weight loss or any specific result.
Your membership
- Membership has no charge today; if we ever add paid features, we'll tell you before anything is charged. You must be 18 or older, and each person gets one account.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account; tell us if you think someone else is using it.
- We may change, pause or end features, and we may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Fair play
- Record your own workouts and races honestly. Reps are self-reported; times submitted to the Global Leaderboard are reviewed, and we may decline or remove any time.
- Crew names and anything else you type must not be offensive, hateful or harassing. Don't use the site to spam anyone, including through crew invites.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
Your responsibility
You use our training content at your own risk. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop if something hurts or feels wrong.
Our content
The FatLossPill name, logos, characters, videos, artwork and text belong to Just A Company LLC. You're welcome to share our posts, your hero card and your medals using the share features. Please don't copy, sell or republish our content, including the training kit, without permission.
Links and affiliates
Some links may go to other websites or earn us a commission. We aren't responsible for other sites, and a commission never changes a rating.
No warranties
The site, app and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Just A Company LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of them, including lost workout data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
